Is it just me or do certain smells trigger feelings, and/or, memories? I was at Target today and was looking for a new air freshner, because we all know the smell of a new apartment doesn't last forever, and I picked one up and, BAM, it hit me. It smelled like Enterprise, AL. Not the actual city, but our apartment there. I immediately put it back. Not that I didn't like the smell, but I figure a new apartment should have a new scent. Speaking of...I love our new place! We had a lot of help come over, so it was done pretty quickly. I have gotten so much done today! Adam had to take Ryan back home and he offered to take the girls with him so that I can have some time alone to unpack. So far I have unpacked the kitchen, pantry, living room, electronics, both linen closets, both bathrooms, the coat closet, the girls' bedroom, and 1/2 of my our bedroom. I am soooooooo tired, but very grateful Adam gave me the time alone to do this. Unpacking is very hard with a toddler getting into things.

3 Interesting Remarks:
I agree! JJ and I learned our lesson from all of our other moves and got a friends to babysit while we moved last time.
I completely agree! Sometimes I walk and I smell the old city in Jerusalem. Or sometimes I smell NY. It's crazy!
Moved? I didn't even know you were in AL? I'm such a dweeb.
I am totally that way too. I wonder why smells do that?
