No, these are not the voices in our heads. This is what I plead my toddler to do, ESPECIALLY in public. This is a conversation that occured yesterday at church. Maddy: Mami! I go potty! Me: Ok. Let's go. In the bathroom (which we all know has a huge ECHO): Maddy, while going potty: I go potty. Me: Shhh. Yes, you go potty. Maddy (now singing): Potty, potty, potty. POTTY! Me: Please use your quiet voice while inside church. Maddy: Otay. Now Mami has to go potty: Maddy: Mami, go potty?! Me: Shhh....(whispers) IYes, I'm going potty. Maddy: Mami go poop poop. Me: No, just potty. Maddy (now yelling): Mami, poop poop. Mami poop poop! Me: Maddy! Shhhh....! We walk into the chapel and sit down: Maddy: Dada! Mami go poop poop! Dada laughs Me: Shhh..... Maddy (to the people behind us): My mami go poop poop! Me: Wants to crawl into a hole.

I have been surprised too. A lot easier than big sister. But I'm soooooooooooo grateful. We've gone from buying 1.5 pack of diapers a week to no diapers since May! :)
ha! i love it! you can get her back when she's a teen. when she returns from the bathroom during sacrament meeting, she left bc she was bored and not bc she had to go, you can say "Maddy go poop-poop?"

Last time Logan announced I went pee on the potty...I had an audience...complete with clapping. And not just from her. lol :)
